This year was filled with awesome activities leading up to Christmas Brady and Gavin really seemed to enjoy getting ready for Christmas, decorating the house, baking cookies, the tree, seeing the all of the lights around the city, and best of all they loved the Christmas music!! Every night we would come home, dance, and sing to our Christmas Carols, Gavin knew them all by heart, his favorite... "Rockin around the Christmas Tree.
"This year we took a ride on the "Polar Express" which was a 3 hour trip to the mountains in Bryson City. It was a ton of fun. It was like a scene from the movie. We hopped on the train in our jammies, sang Christmas carols, had cookies and hot cocoa, and took a ride to the "North Pole." To our surprise, Santa came aboard, and gave everyone their very own bell, it was so cute! Brady was very interested in Santa, and even went to him. Gavin gave Santa's the letters that he and Brady wrote for Santa telling him what they wanted for Christmas!
We also did some fun things like visited the singing bears uptown, saw a huge, life size gingerbread house, and visited the NASCAR hall of fame with papa and nana Bush.
