Gavin In his Big Boy Bed

When returning from our Mountain Trip in May, Gavin tried to escape from the crib! Luckily, we have a video monitor, and we were able to get to him before he got hurt when climbing out. That was when we decided that it was time for a "big boy" bed. Gavin is doing great in his big boy bed! The first few nights were hard, he was getting out and banging on the door screaming, but that only lasted a day and a half. Now, every night, we follow the same routine, and when it is time for bed, Gavin walks us to the door, blows us kisses, then shuts the door, gets in bed, and stays in bed. He does not even get out when he wakes up, he just calls for us!
